Meet the Makers of Val de France

Since 1953, the cooperative  Les Celliers Associés (LCA) produces Premium French Hard and Soft Ciders, using French apples, grown in their orchard in Brittany (North-West of France).

Each Val de France sparkling cider is unique, crafted following traditional and authentic recipes.

In partnership with local producers, they encourage environmentally friendly orchards practices and promote long-term contracts with their farmers to ensure fair trade.

LCA’s dedication to quality is proven by their Gold Medal for Product Excellence at the Paris Agricultural Fair and the fact that their products have leading market shares in gourmet stores and restaurants in France.
