Marcel Alcide Rième, who was a limonade manufacturer in Morteau (France), created “La Mortuaciennne Limonade” in 1921. It has been produced for more than 100 years in the purest tradition.

Today, his great-grandson continues to use the traditional knowledge and manufacturing processes to satisfy the fine palate of all their consumers.

Meet the Makers of Val de France

Since 1953, the cooperative Les Celliers Associés (LCA) produces Premium French Hard and Soft Ciders, using French apples, grown in their orchard in Brittany (North-West of France).

Each Val de France sparkling cider is unique, crafted following traditional and authentic recipes.

In partnership with local producers, they encourage environmentally friendly orchards practices and promote long-term contracts with their farmers to ensure fair trade.

LCA’s dedication to quality is proven by their Gold Medal for Product Excellence at the Paris Agricultural Fair and the fact that their products have leading market shares in gourmet stores and restaurants in France.

For over 2,000 years, Liese spring water has flowed through the “Vosges du Nord” mountains in a UNESCO classified “World Biosphere Natural Reserve” located in eastern France. Thanks to its location, its underground water sources cannot be contaminated by agricultural activity or accidental pollution.

Liese is filtered through several layers of Vosges’ limestone resulting in an ideal balance of minerals for optimum hydration and purity. It contains one of the lowest levels of minerals in any European sourced waters (50mg/L of total dissolved solid), which makes it extremely pure and facilitates both the assimilation by the body (hydration) and its purification benefit by eliminating toxins (detox).
